What we do
Residential. Commercial. Wood. Metal.
We build it all.
Backyards, businesses, vineyards, and horse properties — in wood, steel, composite, and vinyl. From a garden gate in Montecito to a quarter mile of field fence in the Santa Ynez Valley, every project starts with a conversation and ends with something built for exactly how you'll use it.

We're materials nerds. Every project benefits.
Most fence companies offer "wood or vinyl." We work fluently in Western Red Cedar and Incense Cedar — and can explain the lumber grades that separate a 10-year fence from a 25-year one — plus tropical hardwoods like Ipe, Cumaru, and Red & Golden Balau, modified woods like Kebony, and the real differences between Trex and TimberTech composites.
Whatever your budget, you'll know exactly what you're buying and why. That's also why we're an authorized Trex Fencing installer and QuickScreen Aluminum authorized installer — factory-backed, not just familiar.

Frequently asked questions
What does the process look like?
Five steps, no mystery: a free on-site consultation, a collaborative design, a fully itemized quote, a build with clear communication throughout, and a final walkthrough — we don't call it done until you do.
How much does a fence, gate, or deck cost?
It depends on size, material, terrain, and gates — so we quote every project individually, itemized line by line, after a free consultation. No surprises is the whole point.
What areas do you serve?
Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Summerland, Carpinteria, and Goleta, plus the Santa Ynez Valley — Santa Ynez, Solvang, Buellton, and Los Olivos.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — CA License #1082932, licensed, bonded, and insured, and factory-authorized installers for Trex Fencing and QuickScreen Aluminum.
Our story
Turning a yard into a home.
Lighthouse Fence was founded in 2020 with a passion for customer service, creativity, and design. The name comes from the lighthouses that have guided sailors safely home off this coast since the 1800s — because a well-designed yard should feel the same way: comfort, sanctuary, home. We serve the South Coast from Carpinteria to Goleta and up into the Santa Ynez Valley.
